SPILT’s latest single – canalboatrodeo – is out on Jacaranda Records today.
Amidst the series of SPILT-esque, thundering releases comes the voice of frontman Morgan Molyneux in his eclipsing acoustic debut. The track is a fervent and honest self-portrait, from which, listeners may grab a moment of calm before the storm that is SPILT and their meteoric rise to the global stage.
The eighth release, canalboatrodeo, shows another side of what is possible with spatial audio alongside the cyber-grunge alt-punk trio’s preceding tracks. The release is a shout-out to the crux of what creativity means in music – maintaining faithful to an artist’s intent with unfettered immersive, binaural audio technologies.
